The HALYS Service GSM<->SIP solution is installed at a major operator in Koweit.
Based on the principle "always home" it provides savings for the outbound roamers and uses the HALYS integrated system to provide a MSC/VLR/SSF/VoIP where the outbound roamers are located. It is able to normally charge the prepaid customers but at a much better tariff to make and receive calls, SMS and MMS.
